There are several reasons Clara has fallen in love with the east coast whilst completing her BSc in Neuroscience at Dalhousie and the DMCRT community is definitely one of them! Throughout volunteering as a VMR on the team last year and now in her new position as Secretary, she is constantly reminded of the benefits of the team. Clara believes attaining advanced first aid skills/knowledge is empowering for all volunteers as well as the students and staff they serve. She is looking forward to watching the 2017/2018 volunteers grow and master their skills as the year progresses and hopes to be a valuable resource for all members of the team alike!
